In recent decades, the trend of using zero-emission vehicles has been constantly evolving. This brings about not only pressure to develop electric (EVs) or hybrid (HEVs) but also demand for further developments in battery technologies and safe use systems. Concerning usage systems, Battery Management Systems (BMS) play one most important roles. A BMS is used monitor operating temperature State Charge (SoC), as well protect system against cell imbalance. The paper aims present hardware software designs a unmanned EVs, which Lithium multi-cell packs. For higher modularity, designed uses distributed topology contains master module with more slave modules. Each charge monitoring protecting pack.
